Take that 1000 call on Teams/Zoom. “Great work everyone”, etc.

1230 local time, early lunch UK time, get the bike out, cycle up Joux Plane and back into your seat for 1400 local time. Answer emails.

Clock off at 1600 and get a glass of wine.
