Budget around 80-100 Euros for a week’s hire and don’t feel you need to hire the very best of everything, particularly if you’re an intermediate – sometimes a less expensive, flexier ski or board is what you need.  

There are plenty of ski hire places, though renting out of Morillon village or at Samoens 1600 allows you to leave your kit there overnight right next to the lift. 

We usually drive the 2 minutes to Vercland as our preferred lift, so usingn Sport 2000 up at Samoens 1600, which is right opposite the Vercland lift makes a lot of sense.

All the local shops will look after you, providing good quality equipment at a good price but you can store your kit there overnight meaning you simply have to ski or ride back there. Just add a note in the comments at checkout to say you’d like to store the equipment there overnight.
